Abstract

The utilization of effective and efficient feed given for growth is an indicator of successful fish cultivation. Enzyme activity is one of affects the growth rate of fish factors. Therefore, it is expected the addition of the enzyme of feed increases the growth and utilization of Nile Tilapia's (Oreochromis Niloticus) significantly.  The study was to determine the effectiveness of prolaczyme dosage addition to the commercial feed fish on Nile tilapia's (Oreochromis niloticus) growth performance. This research was conducted from June to July 2020 on Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. This study used completely randomized method 3 treatments and 3 repetitions, tilapia's fish seeds size 2.07-2.23 cm with a  container (15 fish/basin) water volume of 50 liters, and 1 month maintenance time. The results of the calculation of absolute length growth at the end of the study showed that treatment C was higher 5.30 cm compared to treatment A was 3.71 cm and treatment B was 4.59 cm. The results of the calculation of the absolute weight growth at the end of the study also showed that treatment C was higher at 2.41 gr compared to treatment A was 0.99 grand treatment B was 1.52 gr. The FCR value shows that treatment C worth 1.77 is better than treatment A worth 3.33 and treatment B worth 2.44. The results of water quality temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen (DO) both at the beginning and at the end of the study showed a range that tilapia could still tolerate for growth.

Abstract

Pemupukan merupakan suatu upaya penyediaan unsur hara yang cukup guna mendorong pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman yang sehat dan produksi tandan buah segar (TBS) yang maksimal dan ekonomis serta ketahanan terhadap hama dan penyakit. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan unsur-unsur hara yang terdapat di dalam daun kelapa sawit dan tanah dari aplikasi pemupukan yang telah diberikan melalui pengambilan contoh daun dan tanah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun kelapa sawit Balai Pengawasan dan Sertifikasi Benih Perkebunan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil contoh daun sebanyak 60 sampel daun yang terletak pada pelepah daun kelapa sawit ke-17 dan mengambil 4 contoh tanah yang telah dikompositkan dari beberapa titik pengambilan di sekitar pohon kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih rendahnya kandungan hara yang terdapat pada tanah dan jaringan tanaman kelapa sawit, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan kultur teknis di kebun kelapa sawit.kata kunci : Status hara, Kultur Teknis, Kelapa Sawit.

Abstract

This Research aim to know technically about effort management spinach farming evaluated from technical aspect in Abumbun Jaya Village Sungai Tabuk Subdistrict  Banjarbaru City South Kalimantan Province  and to know  about cost, acceptance, revenue and spinach farming Feasibility.  Pursuant to result of seen from technical management spinach farming  still relative modestly, this seen from farm processing until the conservancy. Production obtained from 25 spinach farmer  responder with wide mean equal to 352.236,45kg/ farmer. Productivity 1.030,64kg. Total  Revenue with mean Rp. 5.668.520 per farmer. RCR Value spinach farming 1.67 competent so that to be feasible (RCR >1).

Abstract

This study aims to identify the fertility variable that is an obstacle in Bilah Hulu Subdistrict, Labuhanbatu Regency by evaluating the status of soil fertility and assessing alternative management in accordance with the status of soil fertility found in the Center of the People's Palm Oil Plantation, N Satu Aek Nabara Village, Bilah Hulu District, Labuhanbatu Regency with a height of ± 80 meters above sea level. This research is a phenomenological qualitative descriptive study with a land survey and is supported by a qualitative laboratory analysis. Soil sampling is carried out in the survey area sequentially based on where the estimated nature of the soil is different from the purposive random sampling method, so the results of the soil analysis obtained are expected to reflect the true value. 60 cm and recording the coordinates using global Positioning System. Whereas soil management information is obtained by direct field observation and in-depth interviews with farmers in a snow ball aiming to obtain complete information from farmers. Soil chemical properties analyzed in C-organic laboratory, CEC, Base Saturation. To determine the chemical properties of the soil with certain criteria that have been determined. Based on Technical Instructions for Evaluating Soil Fertility. Soil fertility parameters that become obstacles in the status of soil fertility in N Satu Aek Nabara Village, Bilah Hulu District, Labuhanbatu Regency are low soil organic matter content and very low soil fertility. The direction of management of soil fertility for sloping land units in the lower, palm, and peak areas of palm oil is in the form of adding organic matter with compost and fertilizer and inorganic substances in accordance with recommendations to improve soil fertility status.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know, level of labor efficiency of rice farm effort. A survey with an observation technique was used as a method, where farmers follow the example of taken at random modestly as much as 29 farmers. Result of research obtained by the story, level of productivity equal to  2.081,44 kg/ha, and acceptance equal to Rp 16.651.538,46 /ha. Distribution of external  labour family( TKLK)  88,73  % and family labour ( TKDK)  11,27  % from totalizing the labour effusing. while the allocation for labor cost equals to75,85  % to total cost representing a group of biggest expense rice. Count efficiency of labor from the facet of labor productivity obtained value17,18 kg/HKO, from facet labor Productivity Index Obtained Rp 84.046,71  /HKO and from wide facet equal to 82,54  m2/HKO.

Abstract

Tanaman Adaptif Untuk Reklamasi Lahan Bekas Tambang (Studi Kasus Reklamasi Lahan Bekas Tambang PT. Binuang Mitra Bersama Blok Dua, Kab. Tapin, Kalsel); Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan karakteristik tanaman yang efektif dan adaptif serta mengetahui jenis tanaman yang cocok untuk reklamasi lahan bekas tambang. Metode Penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan data diperoleh dengan melakukan participant obsevation. Karakteristik tanaman yang adaptif dan sesuai dengan rekomendasi untuk ditanam di lahan bekas tambang adalah tanaman berkayu yang tidak berbuah, memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat dan dapat sintas di lahan marginal. Terdapat 20 jenis tanaman yang dibudidayakan di kebun nursery yang terbagi menjadi tiga kelompok yaitu tanaman pokok reklamasi, tanaman sisipan, dan tanaman pelengkap. Dua spesies tanaman yang menjadi tanaman pokok paling adaptif yaitu tanaman trambesi dan tanaman sengon laut.

Abstract

      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan struktur komunitas ikan ditinjau dari segi keanekaragaman, keseragaman dan dominasi jenis ikan di Danau Palui. Sedangkan manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang struktur komunitas ikan yang hidup di perairan tersebut. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan informasi dasar dalam penelitian, pemantauan dan pengelolaan lingkungan perairaan.Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan yaitu pada bulan September 2018 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2018 sedangkan lokasi penelitian  dilaksanakan di Danau Palui Kecamatan Dusun Selatan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pemasangan jarring insang (Gill net) dengan ukuran Mesh Size 1 inchi, 2 inchi dan 3 inchi. Serta pengambilan sampel ikan sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali dengan selang waktu sebulan sekali. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 6 (enam) famili dan telah diidentifikasi sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) spesies dengan jumlah total individu 306 (tiga ratus enam) individu yaitu : famili Cyprinidae : Menangin (Thynichthys polylepis), Seluang (Rasbora jacopsoni), Banta (Osteochilus triporos), Puhing (Cycloheilichthys apogon), Kelabau (Osteochils melanoplenura), famili Siluriade : Lais junggang (Cyptopterus micronema), famili Bagridae : Baung (Macrones Nemurus), famili Belontidae : Sepat rawa (Trichogaster trichopterus), famili Pangasidae : Riu (Pangasius macronema) dan  famili Anabantidae : Betok (Anabas Testtudineus).Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa struktur komunitas ikan di perairan Danau Palui diperoleh indeks keanekaragaman (H’) berkisar antara (0,709 - 0,827) nilai ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat keanekaragaman di perairan Danau Palui tergolong rendah karena kurang dari 1. Indeks keseragaman (E) berkisar antara (0,866 - 0,911) ini menunjukan bahwa penyebaran jumlah per jenis hampir sama karena indeks keseragaman (E) mendekati 1. Sedangkan nilai indeks dominasi (D) berkisar antara (0,178 – 0,211) (mendekati 0), ini menunjukan bahwa diperairan Danau Palui tidak ada jenis ikan yang dominan.

Abstract

Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) is a plant that is rich in benefits, but the yield is still low, some of which are due to a lack of nutrients, one of which is micro nutrient zinc, and improper plant spacing. The research was carried out to determine: 1) the best dose of Zn fertilizer and the right plant spacing; 2) the interaction between Zn fertilizer dosage and plant spacing; 3) the relationship (correlation) between the two observed variables. The research was conducted from July to October 2018 in Teluk Dalam Village, Mulawarman Village, Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The 4x3 factorial experiment was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. The first factor was the dose of Zn fertilizer, consisting of four levels, namely 0.00; 3.00; 6.00; and 9.00 kg Zn ha-1. The second factor was plant spacing, consisting of: 50 cm x 50 cm; 60 cm x 50 cm; 70 cm x 50 cm. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance, followed by the LSD test at the 5% level. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between two quantitative variables. The results showed that the effect of Zn fertilizer dosage was significantly different on plant height and plant age at first harvest, number of fruit per plant, fruit fresh weight per plant, harvest frequency, and fruit fresh weight per hectare, but not significantly different on plant height and age plants at flowering and the number of branches per plant. The effect of plant spacing was significantly different, on the other hand, the interaction was not significantly different on all observed variables.  The best dose of Zn fertilizer is 6.00 kg ha-1 with fruit fresh weight 25.16 Mg ha-1 and the best plant spacing is 70 cm x 50 cm  with fruit fresh weight 25.18 Mg ha-1.  The results of the correlation analysis showed that fruit fresh weight per hectare had a positive correlation with the number of fruit, fruit fresh weight per plant, and the frequency of harvest with the correlation coefficient (r), respectively 0.7350; 0.8190; and 0.6316, but negatively correlated with plant age at flowering and first harvest, namely -0.2552 and -0.3292.

Abstract

This research is to find out the response of the learner to the use of different types of eggs in the making of the typical rose cake martapura South Kalimantan.   The study used an experimental method with a randomized block design (RAK) with 5 treatments and 4 replays. The treatment using egg types is different from the code (BB: buras eggs), (BR: race eggs), (BI: duck eggs) and (BP: quail eggs) where Group I uses duck eggs, Group 2 uses buras chicken eggs, Group 3 uses chicken eggs and Group 4 uses quail eggs.  Observed variables include color, aroma, taste, and texture. Analyze the data using Anova and continue with Duncan's test.   The results showed that the use of different types of eggs in the manufacture of rose cakes had no real effect (P> 0.05) on color, aroma, taste, and texture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak berangkat dari BBI Gohong sampai desa Tewang Rangkang dengan waktu tempuh 5 jam 10 menit melalui tranportasi darat. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui daya tahan hidup (sintasan) benih ikan nila ukuran 2-3 cm bila diangkut menggunakan wadah galon air dengan kepadatan 280 ekor/galon tanpa diberi oksigen murni. Percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatan bahwa sintasan (SR) benih ikan nila setelah pengangkutan menunjukan perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P˃0,01). SR tertinggi pada perlakuan C = 100% (pengangkutan menggunakan kantong plastik diisi air dan oksigen murni dengan perbandingan 1:2 dengan kepadatan tebar 280 ekor. Sedangkan SR terendah pada Perlakuan B = 84,76% Pada tingkat kepadatan 280 ekor benih/10 liter air tanpa penambahan oksigen.
